• Travel issues, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances

EVENT TRANSFERS

thedigitalsummitlive.com does not provide, cover, reimburse, or assume responsibility for any travel or accommodation expenses under any circumstances.

We are not responsible for:

• Airline cancellations or delays

• Hotel bookings, changes, or cancellations

• Travel disruptions or personal scheduling conflicts

• Any costs incurred before, during, or after the Event

All travel and accommodation arrangements are made at your own risk.

USER CONDUCT

Participants in live and virtual events agree not to:

• Disrupt the Event
• Harass speakers, staff, or other attendees
• Share, record, or distribute unauthorized content or recordings

Violations may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.

MEDIA RELEASE

By attending the Event (live or virtual) through https://thedigitalsummitlive.com/, you grant permission for:

• Photos

• Videos

• Testimonials

TICKET USE & NON-TRANSFERABILITY

Tickets may not be resold, duplicated, or transferred to another individual without prior written approval from the Company.

Unauthorized use may result in cancellation without refund.

ATTENDANCE & ADDITIONAL GUESTS

Each ticket grants admission for one (1) individual only.

Due to limited seating and capacity restrictions, all attendees must have their own valid, paid ticket. Bringing additional guests without purchasing a separate ticket is strictly prohibited.

This applies to both:

• In-person attendance

• Virtual access

The Company reserves the right to verify ticket ownership and deny entry if violations are suspected.
